Best Oral Presentation Award (First Prize)

 A collaborative study between TUBITAK BILGEM and Istanbul University Istanbul Medical Faculty titled "Artificial Intelligence in Minimal Invasive Adrenalectomy: Recognition of the Left Adrenal Vein Using Deep Learning" was awarded the "Best Paper Award" at the 11th National Endocrine Surgery Congress. The study aimed to identify the left adrenal vein in laparoscopic adrenalectomy operations performed in different patients by using artificial intelligence-based methods to mark it on camera images. The use of deep learning-based methods showed that the left adrenal vein in the image could be distinguished from other anatomical structures with high accuracy using artificial intelligence-based methods.
